Terms of Service

By agreeing to payment, I understand that I have committed to the entire length of the training program as stated in the description of services. Further, I know that I am responsible for the cost in full regardless of whether I complete the training program.

I understand that the content and syllabus of the program may change because of the needs of the dog and client, at the discretion of Imagine Dog Training instructors.

Liability Waiver

Imagine Dog Training will endeavour to create as safe an environment as possible for my dog's training and will offer only sound, secure, and responsible training and training instructions. However, to the extent that Imagine Dog Training is insured for any unintentional or negligent errors, omissions, or incorrect assertions, Imagine Dog Training will be responsible for any such acts or omissions, but only to the extent of such insurance. I have been told by Imagine Dog Training and understand the inherent risks of owning a dog, including but not limited to the risk of dog bites to myself or others. Consequently, I am and will remain responsible for the actions of my dog at all times. I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless Imagine Dog Training of any claims of injury, expense, costs, or damages caused by my dog. I understand that the recommendation of any other product or service does not guarantee my satisfaction with that product or service.  

Ownership of Work

For the purposes of this section, “Intellectual Property Rights” means all intellectual property rights however arising and in whatever media, including patents, copyrights, design rights, trademarks, trade names, service marks, database rights, domain names, and any application for the protection or registration of any of the foregoing rights, and any other intellectual property rights, and all renewals and extensions thereof.

• Imagine Dog Training maintains exclusive ownership rights over Intellectual Property Rights such as all products created, written, composed, made, produced, performed, or designed by Imagine Dog Training.

• The client will not disclose Intellectual Property to third parties unless with expressed permission from Imagine Dog Training.

• The rights and obligations under this Section shall continue in full force and effect after the termination of this Contract in respect of Material made during the term of this Contract and shall be binding.

Cancellation Policy

A 50% refund will be applied if you request your cancellation within two weeks of registration.

There will be no refund if you request your cancellation between the second and sixth week of registration.

Once a refund has been applied, you will be removed from the program, including access to the online portal, weekly group coaching calls, and community support features.

All scheduled in-person consultations, trainers in your pocket, and private progress calls will be canceled.
